November Thoughts
This will cover US and Europe.
My personal beliefs so far on what I think November may* be like for both the US and Europe
Before I go on this is not an official forecast. That will come around 2 days before November begins.
For Europe, and UK in particular, and Ireland I don't think the Atlantic is going to be particularly active this November, these areas may get the occasional windstorm here and there but I don't see any severe windstorms, I don't see a particularly unsettled November either.
I think this November will be rather wild in terms of switching from westerlies, to high pressure in a rather repetitive fashion, I don't see particularly any cold conditions for this upcoming November, for the UK and Ireland, but I am leaning towards a milder than average November at this point in time, how mild I'm not sure, but at this point I believe it could be quite a mild November, the westerlies though may temper the overly-mild conditions a bit, but this November looks as though it'll be mild, not overly unsettled, but not bone dry either.
I think much of Europe too will be particularly dry, and slightly mild, with a lot of fog. UK and Ireland will get foggy interludes here and there I believe.
North America
I think the Eastern seaboard of the United States will have a particularly mild November this season, and quite dry too. The Central plains of the United States will have a colder November I think than usual, with frequent cold outbreaks here and there.
Oregon, and Washington, look like they'll have an average November in terms of temperature and probably drier than average, mostly similar for most of the other Western coastal states too. But stronger than usual rain bouts may effect parts of California, this coming November.
